Maple Building Services has developed a network of professional architects working on various projects. We believe a flexible approach to your architectural services is sensible and wise so as not to cause you, the client, any unnecessary cost.

We are able to refer you to a professional architect who we know, trust and have worked with in the past. The architect will be able to draw up the plans incorporating all the important and necessary detail which can be understood by all parties (client, builder and any third parties) and to budget. It is vitally important to ensure your project runs efficiently and this can only happen if we have a good set of plans. If required, to help you, the client, understand and picture how your new project will look, a complete a 3D computer graphic can be produced.

 

When the plans have your approval, the next stage is to submit them to the local authority on your behalf. This is usually undertaken by the architect but again, this can be discussed with the client to ensure agreement.

We are also happy to work with the client's architect too. We are available to discuss and offer advice with respect to your project requirements and suggestions.

Structural Engineers

Structural engineers are fundamental to any building project.

​

They provide all the necessary mathematical calculations in order to satisfy the LABC that a specific design is safe. Every structure, be it new build, extension or renovations has to deal with the conditions in which it is being built or renovated.

Maple Building Services is able to recommend and refer you to a professional structural engineer who we know, trust and have worked with in the past; to give guidance and provide you with specific calculations for your project.

Maple Building Services is able to liaise with both architects and engineers to help your project from start up to completion.
